It's not nice to
sue someone while they're on vacation. Al Franken doesn't sound too worried about his upcoming battle with Fox News, which I guess he shouldn't be because it's utterly retarded (in a Scientology sort of way). Besides, I wouldn't be worried about anything either if I were on vacation in Italy. I would be stuffing my face with gelato melone. Mmm...
