Can jewelry mutate?

I don't know about your jewelry, but if you buy some from the new company "DesigNA," you never know what could happen since their designs are based on your DNA strand that they take from you via a cheek swab. I guess it's a real cheek swab and not a "virtual" one, but considering the company is located in the UK, maybe they should figure out a way to e-mail DNA back and forth. Wouldn't that be convenient?
