I saw Mom and Dad's room

last night at the housewarming party for my friends Dana, Rose, Shaun, and Rachel, who just moved to another part of Astoria to escape the frightening wife of their former landlord. Shaun and Rachel are engaged to be married and have the most grown-up bedroom I have ever seen. Lots of wood, a big mirror, some adult-looking chair, and a big oriental carpet. The kicker: they have a half bathroom off of their bedroom, making it the master bedroom. AA!!!

It was a delicious affair, with beer, mini baklava, and almost some orange juice popsicles with broken spaghetti as sticks. At one point in the evening, I became afraid a burglar was coming in after Rose, who was drunk as a skunk, buzzed someone in without seeing who it was! My terror is evident in this photograph.
