Margaret the birthday girl
had a good time at her party Saturday night, from the first moments of sipping hot apple cider with brandy and fancy frozen drinks (and eating some large salad), to the middle moments dressed in her 
special birthday gown at the local bar, to the final moments on the subway platform trying to walk in a straight line. Relive this journey with her and the rest of us here. Happy birthday Margaret!!
Also not to be missed: Sparkles, the senior lady fixture on the Chelsea party circuit. She told us she usually wears wigs and a lot of glitter, but Saturday was an off night. She did have an unusual penis straw and rule the jukebox with authority and verve. Her enthusiasm for Match-A-Touch was overflowing, or maybe it was enthusiasm for Kristen; I can't say for sure. Anyway, I think we all have nothing but love for Sparkles, even if she was a little weird.
