OMG it's a blizzard!
I'm on the 22nd floor of my big bank building on Wall Street and it looks like the world is ending, or at least it is very windy and snowy. I didn't wear my snowboots to work today, so I'm going to try and get a piggy-back ride from some stockbroker walking towards the subway to avoid ruining my nice shoes. I'm going to say this right now, and I hope others will have the same attitude: The weather is not going to ruin my weekend. For all of you who think it's a great idea to be "cozy" and spend the whole weekend in your house doing nothing, well I say you should have thought of that last weekend when you all left me alone in New York for Thanksgiving (not for actual dinner, I have family) and bored out of my mind. Fun will be had these next few days, just you wait.
