This morning

the first gay marriage in the history of the US happened in San Francisco. These two very old lesbians were the brides. They had been together for 50 years; let's hope tying the knot doesn't make them start hating each other and get a divorce.

I just watched Mayor Gavin Newsom on CNN and he seems like a sneaky bastard, but he claims to be "passionate" about the issue and says he doesn't want to "perpetuate discrimination." It's politics at its most obvious, but I approve. Where's my rice?

Oh yeah, Wesley Clark dropped out of the Democratic race yesterday. Hillary must be so mad. He's endorsing John Kerry sometime soon like the good DNC lapdog that he is. Watch Wisconsin: Howard Dean is about to catch fire.
