I know the best butcher in the Upper Valley
who also happens to be the most FAMOUS! Read all about my friend Justin, who is now in charge of the "More Than Meats the Eye" meat tasting series at the Hanover Co-op. I miss him more than anyone else in Vermont, except maybe my cat Figaro, who will soon be moving to New Mexico (no doubt against his will; he is so furry).
