Parrots adored by Democrats and Republicans
The Senate unanimously passed four bills on Tuesday that designate several regions in the U.S. and Puerto Rico as protected wilderness areas, preventing endangered species like this cute Puerto Rican parrot from becoming extinct. The bills still need to pass in the House, but who couldn't love this little guy more than oil or logging?
EXTRA: These ambitious young men remind me a bit of myself.
